HDPE Drainage Pipe

HDPE drainage pipes are manufactured using PE100 or PE100-RC polyethylene (PE) compound as raw materials. The production equipment employs internationally advanced polyethylene pipe extrusion production lines, featuring a unique screen basket die design, an advanced barrier-type screw, and a 1KV forced feeding extrusion system. This ensures thorough melting and plasticization of the raw materials, guaranteeing excellent resistance to slow crack growth (SCG) and rapid crack propagation (RCP) in the polyethylene pipes during use. Additionally, the production line is equipped with fully automated computer control systems, including an FLX ultrasonic scanning device, a meter weight measurement control system, and a wall thickness monitoring controller, which dynamically monitor the product during the production process to ensure high manufacturing quality.

The product boasts excellent flexibility, strong corrosion resistance, lightweight properties, and outstanding impact resistance. The pipes are connected using methods such as hot melt socket fusion, hot melt butt fusion, and electrofusion welding, seamlessly integrating pipes and fittings into a single unit. This results in a safe and reliable system with low construction costs. The dimensions and performance of the PE pipes comply with the requirements of the CJ/T358-2019 standard.
